Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Requirement

MFA protects your account by requiring a short, one-time code sent to your email after you enter your password.

What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

MFA is a security process that requires users to verify their identity using two or more methods of authentication. Typically, this includes something you know (your password) and something you have, in this case an email message with an authentication code.

Why is MFA being required?

We’re implementing MFA to enhance the security of your account and protect sensitive data. It significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access—even if your password is compromised.

When will MFA be required?

MFA will be required for all users starting 10/15.

How do I set up MFA?

For most accounts, no further action is needed—you only need access to the email address associated with your Papaya Panel account.

If you no longer have access to that email, please contact the Papaya Partner Success team at support@papayapay.com.

To use MFA

1 Log in to your account here.

2 Check the email associated with your account (check spam if needed).

3 Input the MFA code on the login page.

Can I opt out of MFA?

No. MFA is mandatory for all users to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
